Business Analyst – Teamcenter | Manufacturing EngineeringWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead and support a Manufacturing Engineering pre-study team. You will work closely with other BAs, SMEs, and Teamcenter configuration specialists to define processes, ways of working, and Teamcenter configurations aligned with Siemens out-of-the-box principles.The initial focus is on integrating Manufacturing Engineering with Engineering in Teamcenter, introducing MBOM, BOP, and BOE according to Siemens best practices. You will actively lead workshops, drive solution discussions, and guide the team through iterative demos and solution refinement.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the dedicated BA for the Manufacturing Engineering pre-studyLead workshops and drive process and solution design discussionsCapture business needs and translate them into Teamcenter configurationsGuide EBOM–MBOM/BOP/BOE alignment and change managementLead demo sessions and iterative solution validationCollaborate with AfterMarket and Variability Management teamsSupport groundwork for future Teamcenter–SAP collaborationRequired ExperienceSenior experience with Teamcenter within Manufacturing EngineeringHands-on knowledge of MBOM, BOP, BOE and structure alignmentStrong workshop facilitation and stakeholder leadership skillsExperience from complex manufacturing or industrial environmentsFluent in EnglishComfortable working in agile, fast-paced environmentsInterested?
