We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our team. This is a role where you’ll own the editing of shortform clips for Linkedin and X & longform YouTube and podcast content.What You’ll Be DoingEdit longform videos for YouTube and podcasts, ensuring polished, high-quality outputCut down longform recordings into short-form clips for LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube ShortsCreate engaging trailers and highlight reels to promote content across platformsAdd captions, graphics, and motion elements to boost retention and shareabilityDevelop repeatable workflows so we can scale video content efficientlyWork closely with me to shape content that resonates with advertisers, founders, and marketersStay on top of social and YouTube video trends to keep content fresh and competitiveYou will be editing 2 batches of 8 to 12, 30s to 60s videos per month from the footage that we sendWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of video editing experience (brand, agency, or freelance)Strong portfolio showcasing both longform and short-form editsProficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut, AI or similar toolsKnowledge of YouTube and podcast formats, with an understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytellingExperience editing for LinkedIn, TikTok, or other short-form platformsMotion graphics and thumbnail design skills are a strong plusHighly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly without sacrificing qualityWhy Join this AdManage Project?Learn directly from two of the world’s top performance marketers (Raphael and Cedric Yarish)Shape the video presence of a high-growth SaaS startup working with top global brandsBe part of a small, creative team where your work drives immediate impactPlease be comfortable to edit at the same standard as the videos in the drive below.
