Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Provide comprehensive legal support for the company’s investment, financing, merger & acquisition, and renewable energy (solar, wind, BESS) projects, including legal research, transaction structuring, negotiation, and drafting/review of all relevant contracts and legal documentation.2. Advise on project development, execution, and asset divestment activities to ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.3. Manage dispute resolution matters, including negotiation and coordination of litigations and arbitrations, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.4. Select, instruct, and manage external legal counsel to ensure high-quality and cost-effective legal services.5. Support corporate governance and compliance initiatives; contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s legal and risk management framework for international operations.6. Perform other legal duties as assigned by HQ Legal Department.Requirements:1. Bachelor degree or above with major in law. LL.M. from a recognized university is an advantage.2. At least 5 years of professional experience in the energy, renewable, or infrastructure sector, or with a top-tier law firm focusing on energy and M&A transactions. 3. Strong understanding of the full project development lifecycle (from greenfield to COD) as well as M&A and project finance transactions. 4. Qualified to practice law in any EU jurisdiction and eligible to work in Poland; admission to the US or UK Bar will be considered a strong plus.5. Polish and fluent English.
