About The RolePalmpay is hiring POS Retrievers to help recover faulty, inactive, or recalled POS terminals from merchants/agents, update records, and return devices safely to our service centers.Available Locations:Oyo, Ogun, Nasarawa, Lagos, Kano, FCT Abuja, Rivers, Delta, Edo, Kogi, Kwara/Ilorin, Kaduna, Ondo, Niger.Key ResponsibilitiesRetrieve POS terminals from merchants and agentsConfirm device details and update recordsEnsure safe handover of devices to the operations/technical teamCommunicate politely with merchants and follow company proceduresRequirementsMinimum SSCE/ONDPrior experience in fieldwork, operations, or customer service is an advantageMust be trustworthy, attentive to detail, and able to work with minimal supervisionBasic smartphone usage for logging and reportingPowered by JazzHRyinlOV9LkF
