Our growth is powered by talented people, and we are committed to building a high-performing workforce through continuous learning and development.Role OverviewThe Talent Development Supervisor will play a critical role in shaping PalmPay’s learning culture by designing, implementing, and overseeing training and development initiatives that build workforce capability, improve employee performance, and support leadership growth. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional who can manage the end-to-end learning lifecycle—from needs assessment and program design to delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Strategy & Program DevelopmentPartner with HRBPs and business leaders to assess skills gaps, identify learning needs, and design targeted development interventionsDevelop and manage training calendars, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee career pathsDesign and deliver blended learning programs (classroom, virtual, e-learning, coaching, mentoring)Introduce innovative approaches to learning, including digital platforms, microlearning, and gamificationImplementation & DeliveryFacilitate in-house training sessions and workshops to build leadership, technical, and soft skillsCoordinate with external training vendors and consultants where necessary, ensuring quality and cost-effectivenessSupport onboarding and orientation programs to accelerate new hire integrationTalent & Leadership DevelopmentDrive career development initiatives, succession planning programs, and leadership pipeline buildingSupport performance management processes by linking learning interventions with performance outcomesManage mentoring and coaching initiatives across business unitsMonitoring & EvaluationTrack learning participation and effectiveness using KPIs such as training ROI, employee performance metrics, and feedback surveysPrepare periodic reports on talent development activities for HR leadership and senior managementEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements for mandatory training (e.g., compliance, data privacy, anti-fraud)People Leadership & CollaborationSupervise a small team of training officers/administrators, ensuring efficiency in program deliveryCollaborate cross-functionally with HR, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to embed learning into business strategyAct as an internal advisor on talent and organizational development best practicesKey QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)5–7 years’ progressive experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management, preferably in fintech, banking, or fast-paced organizationsProfessional certifications such as CIPD, ATD, SHRM-CP, HRCI, or equivalent preferredProven track record of designing and implementing successful training programsSkills & CompetenciesStrong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skillsAbility to assess training needs and translate them into impactful learning programsKnowledge of e-learning platforms, LMS systems, and modern digital learning toolsAnalytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and ROIExcellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsStrong project management and organizational abilitiesA growth mindset, with passion for people development and building learning culturesKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)% of training programs delivered vs. plannedEmployee engagement and satisfaction with learning initiativesImprovement in employee performance post-trainingLeadership pipeline readiness and succession coverageCost-effectiveness and ROI of training interventionsAdoption and utilization rates of learning platformsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesHealth and wellness benefitsCareer development opportunities, including certifications and global exposureDynamic and inclusive work environment in a fast-growing fintechPowered by JazzHR1xiSYFFtrO
