They foster a collaborative environment where creativity and craft are genuinely valued.About the RoleAs Post Producer, you will lead the delivery of post-led projects; from briefing through to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and creative standards are met. You’ll work closely with a Senior Producer. editors, animators, and designers to manage workflows and maintain technical excellence across a range of digital and campaign outputs.You’ll also support larger productions and occasionally take on full production projects, particularly those with a strong post production component.Key ResponsibilitiesManage post-led projects across edit, animation, and motion designBuild and maintain schedules, budgets, and resource plansLiaise with clients on timelines, approvals, and deliveryCollaborate with creative and production teams to uphold qualityOversee technical workflows including ingest, versioning, colour grading, and sound editingSupport pitches, workflow planning, and sustainable production practicesWhat They're Looking For4+ years’ experience in post-production or animation producingStrong understanding of editing, animation, and static asset workflowsProven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelinesExcellent communication and client management skillsFamiliarity with the full production process, including shoot planningA calm, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for craftWhy Here, Why Now?This is a company we know well and we've seen our candidates join, stay and enjoy success.
