Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 1、负责新品期间的项目质量策划，验收工作。 2、负责对前期新品的客户标准转化，过程参数的验证，以及量产移交相关工作。 3、主导新品制程内品质异常的处理、推动责任部门的品质改善活动； 4、对制程能力数据的分析并依据CP文件对关键制程进行SPC管理； 5、配合对客户投诉或反馈问题点，组织相关部门进行异常的分析改善，并形成记录 6、主导实验室测试失效品的失效分析、真因、对策的落实； 7、制定内部审核计划（过程、产品）审核，并监控完成情况。 8、完成上级安排的其他任务
