SummaryWe’re looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team and help drive the success of our cybersecurity solutions. In this role, you’ll combine your technical expertise with strong communication skills to support our sales efforts, empower our partners, and ensure our customers get the most out of our technologies.Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Do Deliver engaging presentations and demos of our security solutions (including Endpoint, Encryption, MFA, ECOS, LiveSense, EDR, and MDR). Lead proof-of-concept and proof-of-value projects for prospective customers. Collaborate with Sales to qualify customer needs and design tailored solutions. Support the entire customer lifecycle — from technical validation to successful onboarding. Maintain accurate records and technical feedback in CRM systems. Assist with partner and internal enablement, providing both remote and in-person training. Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends and continuously develop your skills. Manage and maintain demo and testing environments for internal and external use. Contribute to team projects and help prioritize tasks to achieve business objectives. What You BringMinimum 5 years in a technical or pre-sales engineering role, ideally within cybersecurity or IT infrastructure. Strong understanding of enterprise security environments and governance, risk, and compliance principles. Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux administration. Experience with network setup, monitoring, hardening, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with virtualization, server infrastructure, and encryption technologies. Confident communicator able to present to technical and executive audiences (CISO level). Strong problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach. Passion for learning and sharing knowledge with others. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish language.
