Job Description

Responsibilities:Conduct client discovery sessions to analyze business processes and identify CRM solution needs.Deliver impactful product presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (PoC) to showcase solution value.Design high-level CRM solution architecture and workflows that align with client objectives.Prepare effort estimations, proposals, and solution documentation to support the sales process.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to craft value-driven solution strategies.Partner with product marketing to organize workshops and enablement sessions that enhance client understanding.Support the delivery team with solution research, documentation, and handover to ensure smooth implementation.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.At least 2 years of experience in Presales for business applications (CRM, ERP, etc.).Have a experience as presales or technical consultant CRM Salesforce (preferable)Have a knowledge about CRM Salesforce (preferable)Excellent communication skills and confidence in delivering client presentations.Strong understanding of databases, workflows, and business architecture.Proficient in developing presentation materials and mock-up solutions.
