Role Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Kecamatan Medan Area. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales strategies, manage a team of sales representatives, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account ManagementStrong leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and achieve sales targetsFamiliarity with building materials industry is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related fieldProficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteProactive approach and willingness to work on site in Kecamatan Medan Area
