Our long-standing presence in the industry highlights our reliability and expertise.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior B2B Sales Executive located in West Java, Indonesia. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities (hunting) and managing relationships with existing key clients (farming). Daily tasks include prospecting industrial clients, negotiating contracts, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with the production team to ensure product delivery meets client specifications.QualificationsProven B2B Sales Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Manufacturing, Packaging, or Industrial sectors.Strong Negotiation & Closing Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and close high-value deals with corporate clients.Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the plastic packaging industry (LLDPE/HDPE/PP) and supply chain dynamics.Client Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to build long-term trust with procurement managers and business owners.Strategic Planning: Ability to develop sales strategies, forecast revenue, and analyze market trends to stay ahead of competitors.Communication: Proficient in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Mobility: Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
