About The PositionThe person in this role is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the stability of painting processes, including cataphoresis (KTL) and powder coating, in terms of process technology, optimization, and continuous improvement. The scope also includes coordinating cost improvement initiatives across the plant and supporting implementation of the best available technological and organizational solutions.ResponsibilitiesOrganizing and developing the painting process, including defining process steps, setting parameters, and standardizing production stationsDeveloping and coordinating improvement projects, proposing new technical solutions to optimize process performance and qualitySolving process, chemical, and quality-related issues in cooperation with production, quality and maintenance teamsPreparing and maintaining process documentation (work standards, job instructions, procedures)Coordinating the Cost Improvement Process across the plant, supporting idea generation, evaluation, and implementationParticipating in design and purchasing of production lines and process equipment, including technology implementation and tool selectionParticipating in machine acceptance tests, new product launches, and production transfersAnalyzing production and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesAchieving goals defined within KPIs and ensuring effective follow-up on actionsMaintaining effective communication within teams, departments, and external contractorsPerforming all duties in line with occupational health, safety, and environmental protection standardsSupporting the team and carrying out other tasks assigned by the direct supervisorRequirementsPractical experience in chemical surface treatment, cataphoresis (KTL), powder coating and wastewater treatment processesFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and toolsFamiliarity with IATF16949 and automotive quality standardsPractical knowledge of 5Why, 8D, and FMEA methodologiesExperience in project management for new products, technologies, and production stationsHigher technical education in engineering (degree in chemical engineering strongly recommended)Very good command of English and PolishWillingness to learn, improve qualifications, and share knowledgeStrong teamwork, coordination, and communication skillsWhat We OfferWork in a dynamically developing company with an established position on the international marketChallenges and opportunities to implement your own ideasCooperation with structures in the international environmentOpportunity to improve your skills and expand your competencesPrivate medical carePossibility of using group insuranceSocial Benefits, including MultiSport card co-fundingFree parkingRefferal programApplication / ContactIf this sounds interesting and likely the right challenge for you, we look forward to receiving your application!Please register your CV/resume and cover letter.Within your application, please inform us regarding your notice period and salary expectations.The applications will be handled on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the application deadline date.
