Requirements:Education / Degree:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Project Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, or IT.Knowledge, Skills, Experience:Proven experience in project management and product/service implementation.Strong skills in business process mapping and analysis.Ability to research, analyze, and solve complex problems.Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong command of written and spoken English.Experience in conducting systematic research and creating business cases.Knowledge of automation (RPA), AI, and workflow systems.Advantages (Preferred Qualifications):Experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar project management methodologies.UX/UI design background.Knowledge and experience in information technology and digital solutions.Key Responsibilities:Define organizational goals and directions for process improvement and efficiency.Prepare and implement roadmaps for business process re-engineering.Develop and execute initiatives to improve customer experience and operational processes.Identify issues, risks, and root causes, and propose effective solutions.Deliver accurate, timely project reports and progress updates directly to management.
