Process Technician – 4-Cycle Shift PatternOur Client an established and growing healthcare manufacturing site is seeking a Process Technicians to join its high-performance production team. This is a hands-on role in a highly regulated, technology-driven environment, focused on the setup, operation, and optimisation of polymer processing lines, including high-volume injection moulding.This position operates on a 4-cycle shift pattern.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate polymer processing lines, including injection moulding equipment.Adjust, monitor, and optimise process parameters to ensure stable, high-quality production.Work closely with Production, Technical, Quality, and Toolroom teams to resolve technical issues.Maintain accurate documentation and follow all Quality, Safety, and GMP/ISO procedures.Support validation, troubleshooting, and efficiency improvements across manufacturing.Uphold product and company standards by ensuring full compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.Qualifications & SkillsCompleted Polymer Technology Apprenticeship or an equivalent technical qualification.Minimum O6 grades in at least five Leaving Certificate subjects, including Maths and English/Irish.Strong technical aptitude and understanding of polymer materials and processing behaviour.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a structured, regulated manufacturing environment.Willingness and ability to work a 4-cycle shift.What’s on OfferHighly competitive salaryPension schemeStrong long-term career development in a growing medical device manufacturing operation
