These services help our customers achieve strategic technology transformation and maximise the business value, security and innovative potential of their IT infrastructure.We are currently looking to add a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to our team in Dublin who will play a key role in managing and optimising our enterprise technology environment. What will you be doing?This role involves hands-on technical support, proactive system improvements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with industry best practices including the following:•Manage and maintain IT infrastructure in an Azure environment.•Deliver back-end support for enterprise platforms including Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, OKTA for identity and access control, Active Directory (AD) for user authentication, Entra ID and Entra Connect for hybrid identity solutions, and Microsoft 365 (M365) for productivity and collaboration.•Configure and manage Microsoft Defender to best practice standards, enhancing threat protection and response capabilities across the organisation.•Oversee patch management processes to maintain system performance and security.•Lead security remediation efforts by identifying vulnerabilities and applying corrective actions in line with compliance requirements.•Administer firewall configurations to ensure secure and efficient control of network traffic and protection against external threats.•Provide hands-on support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and access-related issues in a timely and professional manner.•Act as a point of escalation for complex technical problems, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.Who are we looking for? •Proven experience in infrastructure engineering or a related IT support role.•Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and core infrastructure components.•Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender is highly desirable.•Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies or cybersecurity are a plus.Why come and work with us at Systal?Competitive salary and benefits package.Unrivalled training and development, ensuring you stay at the top of your field.
