Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Handles the preparation and processing of purchase orders. Assist with vendor selection and evaluation processes including providing support in the sourcing of vendors and suppliers for office supplies, equipment, merchandise items & other items as determined by Management.Maintain accurate procurement records and logs.Monitors, manages and maintains inventory records and warehouse supplies and items, including stock levels, reorder points, asset condition.Assist with the consolidation of procurement plans and bid documents.Handle general warehouse administration.Organize and maintain procurement and warehouse files and records.Perform data entry and manage databases including the inventory system.Provide administrative and logistical support for events and activities.Assist with financial administration, such as processing payments.Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Coordinate with different departments and teams.Assist in resolving procurement-related issues.Ensures warehouse supplies are all accounted for and securely stored (Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao).Manages incoming and outgoing deliveries of items or materials.Maintains records of all warehouse supplies and items; conducts inventory regularly. assets condition.Prepares and submits regular reports (updated inventory list, items to replenish and etc.)Prepares and receives events items from ingress and egress, along with the shared services personnel or warehouse custodian.Performs other duties as assigned by Management.Required Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in procurement management, supply chain or any related fieldAt least 1 year of work experience in procurement and administration or in a similar roleMust be willing to do fieldwork or travel to other warehouses for inventory schedulesAbility to understand and follow directionsOrganized and attentive to detailsComputer literate (MS Office, Google Workspace)Can operate basic office equipment such as printer, overhead projector, etc.
