The process remains predominantly manual, requiring analysts to review pricing from various vendors on multiple platforms. The current methodology for data extraction and analysis lacks efficiency and cohesion. Dispersed reports lead to time inefficiencies as users navigate through multiple platforms to access critical data, which increases the risk of errors—for instance, the need to compare different vendor prices across various platforms. Moreover, the anticipated migration to SAP S4 limits the use of macros for data extraction, highlighting the need for a robust Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipeline from our database.Objective: Our goal is to develop an automation strategy to enhance supply chain operational processing. This includes creating ETL data integration from different platforms and developing a consolidated platform or channel for price comparison across various vendors.
