The Company:Infrastructure People have partnered with a key player that is committed to advancing the Australia’s logistics capabilities that will drive national productivity, enhance supply chain resilience, and champion environmental sustainability.About The Role:A leading infrastructure organisation is seeking a Procurement Manager for a full-time, permanent role based in Sydney CBD. Reporting to the Corporate Procurement GM, you will collaborate with stakeholders to shape category strategies, lead sourcing and contract management, and drive commercial excellence across indirect spend categories.You Will:Partner with the transformation team to implement new systems, streamline processes, and accelerate technology adoption.Lead a high-priority procurement project pipeline, sequencing tasks and resources to deliver fast, measurable value.Deliver expert guidance on category planning, sourcing, tendering, and contract governance.Build and apply Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) frameworks to elevate third-party performance and unlock continuous improvement.Map current supplier relationships to uncover gaps and design targeted interventions for enhanced outcomes.Partner with the transformation team to implement new systems, streamline processes, and accelerate technology adoption.About You:Self-motivated, highly structured, with outstanding communication, relationship-building, and detail-oriented execution.Experience navigating NSW Government or Commonwealth procurement frameworks is highly advantageous.Strategic mindset with proven problem-solving ability to align commercial, sustainability, and compliance priorities.Degree-qualified in a relevant field or equivalent deep experience, with MCIPS accreditation strongly preferred.Demonstrated success in driving change, executing plans, and influencing outcomes.‘Apply Now’ and submit your most recent resume.
