We’re seeking a Senior Project Estimator who will bridge technical expertise, customer service, and project delivery to ensure proposals are commercially sound and project delivery meets client expectations.What You Will Be Doing:The Senior Project Estimator supports the full project lifecycle by preparing accurate cost estimates and technical drawings, and by leading confirmed projects through effective cross-department coordination.Estimating and Technical Support: Develop accurate cost estimates, BOMs, and design drawings to support customer proposals and the sales team.Project Management: Serve as the internal project lead, driving coordination across sales, engineering, procurement, and production while managing documentation and ensuring deadlines and client expectations are delivered.Product Management: Develop and maintain technical documentation, pricing, and ensure product compliance to ISO & Australian quality and safety standards.Continuous Improvement: Work closely with customers and internal teams to clarify requirements and drive process, design, and efficiency improvements. What You Bring:Background in Engineering or related technical field with a minimum of 5 years experience in project estimating, quantity surveying, or a similar roleStrong understanding of technical drawings, materials, and manufacturing processes.Exposure to CAD design (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).Understanding of project life cycle, supply chains, and costing structures.Proficiency in CRM platform (Zoho) and MS Office.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills. What's in it for you:Full-time, permanent role with immediate impact in the way we deliver projects.Be supported by a collaborative team that values innovation and strategic thinkingOpportunity to shape systems and processes for long-term growthReady to join us?If you’re ready to step into a role that thrives on delivering quality, driving performance, and building scalable systems, we want to hear from you.
