Procurement Sourcing - Facility (SPX Express)

Job DescriptionManage end-to-end local procurement processes, including PR creation in HRIS, goods/service confirmation, bill placement (e.g. cash advance), cost tracking by location/scope, and support for payment processing in line with agreed credit terms. Source, qualify and manage local vendors to support SPX Express facility maintenance, repair, renovation, ensuring competitive pricing and service quality.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and related teams, to understand procurement requirements and provide proactive solutions.Conduct regular evaluations of supplier performance with a focus on quality, delivery reliability, and service consistency.Maintain accurate and updated records of purchase requests and procurement documentation.Monitor usage trends, analyze spend data, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies in each category.Resolve day-to-day issues such as supply issues, delivery delays, and quality concerns in coordination with suppliers and internal teams.Collaborate on cross-functional tasks and projects.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in related fieldMinimum 1 year procurement experience preferably in facility-related categories, maintenance, repair, renovation, or equipmentTalent in negotiations and networkingKnowledge of sourcing and procurement techniquesAccurate and precise attention to detail
