Job Description

The Sourcing Manager will lead the procurement of professional services, hardware/software, real estate, and other categories, with a strong focus on negotiating and managing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs). This role requires 4–6 years of recent experience handling high-volume MSAs/SOWs, strategic sourcing, and supplier negotiations. The individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders, risk management, legal, and external suppliers to deliver best-value solutions while mitigating risks, promoting supplier diversity, and leveraging sustainability practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end sourcing activities, including strategy development, competitive bidding, supplier qualification, contract negotiation, and execution.Manage a high volume of MSAs, SOWs, contract amendments, and renewals across IT and non-IT categories.Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives, ensuring best value, cost control, and risk mitigation.Facilitate joint meetings with business units to prioritize engagements, define requirements, and identify sourcing channels.Draft, review, and negotiate contractual documents, including service-level agreements, deliverables, and terms/conditions.Collaborate with analytics teams to conduct market research, benchmark pricing, and maintain supplier profiles.Evaluate supplier proposals, develop pricing models, and ensure contracts account for inflation, scope changes, and other risk factors.Build and manage supplier relationships, focusing on long-term value, lowest total cost of ownership, and reduced risk.Communicate procurement policies, processes, and updates effectively to business partners.Represent the company in supplier negotiations, achieving favorable outcomes and fostering supplier diversity and sustainability.Skills & CompetenciesStrong negotiation and contract management expertise (MSAs, SOWs, enterprise agreements).Knowledge of sourcing principles, risk management concepts, and regulatory guidelines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence at senior levels.Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Analytical thinking with ability to model business/financial scenarios and recommend solutions.Strong relationship management skills with both internal stakeholders and suppliers.Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision.Detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture orientation.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.4–6 years of recent experience in strategic sourcing and contracts management, with a strong emphasis on MSAs and SOWs.
