Based in Greece, CogniSensus bridges academic innovation with practical, market-ready solutions.The RoleWe are seeking a Procurement / Technical Delivery Manager with an engineering background (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineer) to lead procurement processes and coordinate the technical delivery (installation‑commissioning) of automation, robotics, sensor, and IoT solutions across pilot and industrial sites. The role acts as the liaison between R&D, operations, suppliers, and clients, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and compliant deployments. The work shall be split between ICCS and CogniSensus. Key Responsibilities End‑to‑end procurement: sourcing, drafting technical specifications / RFQs‑RFPs, evaluating offers, negotiating terms, contracting, purchase orders, delivery acceptance, and quality control. Technical delivery coordination: site surveys, logistics & scheduling, installation supervision, commissioning, and technical documentation hand‑over. Compliance and safety: CE marking & machinery standards, and H&S. Supplier and contractor management: technology understanding, vendor selection and KPI monitoring. Financial and contractual control: budget tracking, cost control, invoicing, extensions/claims. Risk Assessment procedures for the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment, including robotic applications.  R&D feedback loop: after‑action reviews, lessons learned, and specification refinement for next deployment cycles.Required Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline). 3–5+ years of experience in technical procurement and/or installation coordination (automation/robotics/IoT/energy). Good understanding of electrical/mechanical drawings and industrial communication protocols. Knowledge of compliance standards and safety procedures (HSE). Fluent in Greek and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.Preferred Qualifications Experience in electrical mechanical and sensing equipment procurement and/or installation. Experience in maintenance plans and outsourcing to other vendors. ·Experience with technology selection procedures and vendor tracking.Why us?The I-SENSE group offers a great work environment and career development opportunities in applied research unlocking the potential for an international career.
