This includes close coordination with internal and external stakeholders to identify new project opportunities and develop actionable strategies to capitalize on them. A key objective is to drive excellence in project delivery by standardizing processes, frameworks, tools, and performance metrics across all infrastructure, automation, and transformation initiatives.
