Product Development Coordinator - (Shenzhen)

We're industry leaders when it comes to trend forecasting and protecting what matters most; the community platform for creativity and self-expression.The Product Development Assistant will support the Product Development Manager in all aspects of the product development process, ensuring products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.Job DescriptionAssist in the end-to-end product development cycle, including tooling development and liaising with suppliers for the production plan.Support the Product Development Manager in overseeing product lines and report inline issues on time.Collaborate with all project stakeholders across HQ and mainland China to deliver their input to achieve the product launch target.Maintain product documentation and trial reports as required.Prepare and verify samples based on stakeholders’ requirements.Frequent travels to visit suppliers to share CASETiFY product development requests, build long-term partnership with suppliers. Other Ad-hocs required from Product Development Managers.Requirement1+ years experience in the field of Product Development, Souring or Procurement, preferably in 3C, lifestyle accessories related industries.Prior experience with manufacturing products in Asia and familiarity with Plush/Plastic-related manufacturing.Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese; able to clearly and effectively convey complex information.Self-motivated, agile, and adaptable working in a dynamic environment.Willingness to factory based due to business needs.
