Vị trí này có vai trò là cầu nối kỹ thuật giữa nhóm R&D - Công thức, Sản xuất và Dự Án, đảm bảo việc chuyển giao công nghệ từ quy mô phòng Lab đến thử nghiệm trial - sản xuất thử nghiệm và quy mô công nghiệp.Job Responsibilities Process Development & Innovation (40%)Thực hiện thiết kế quy trình và hỗ trợ tối ưu hóa cho các sản phẩm mới hoặc cải tiến.Chuẩn bị sơ đồ khối, tính toán công suất, hỗ trợ thiết kế layout và P&ID dưới sự hướng dẫn của cấp quản lý.Hỗ trợ đánh giá công nghệ mới, thiết bị và giải pháp tự động hóa. Pilot Operations & Technology Transfer (50%)Điều phối hoạt động thử nghiệm pilot, đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình và tiêu chuẩn an toàn.Hỗ trợ chuyển giao công nghệ từ R&D sang sản xuất, bao gồm việc chuẩn bị tài liệu và hướng dẫn vận hành.
