Product Owner Expert

Technical Stack Methodology: Agile/ScrumTools: Jira, Gherkin, Automation testing, Flow charting Responsibilities Lead Scrum teams as the Product Owner.Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project.Create requirements and ensure the team always has an adequate amount of prior-prepared tasks to work on.Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.Define product vision, road-map, and growth opportunities.Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories.Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.Take an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.Research and analyze the market, users, and the roadmap for the product.Follow competitors and the industry.Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends. Requirements Previous working experience as a Product Owner (3-7 years).In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.Product backlog understanding and management.Good skills in using suitable tools for:Business modeling.Drawing business and technical flows/diagrams.Creating mockups/wireframes/prototypes, etc.Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.Creative thinker with a vision.Attention to detail.English conversational level. Nice to Have Strong analytic, communication, and decision-making skills.Entrepreneurship mindset.Ability to thrive in ambiguity.
