Product Development Supervisor

Job Summary: As a Product Development Supervisor, you will lead and oversee the UX/UI design process for our food delivery mobile applications within the Product Development Unit. You’re required to have strong expertise in user-centered design, mobile app development, and product strategy, ensuring that our digital solutions offer seamless, engaging, and efficient experiences for users. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise UX/UI design projects by providing guidance to a team of designers in creating user-friendly and aesthetically appealing mobile app interfaces. - Develop product strategies and collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, requirements, and roadmap for digital product enhancements. - Conduct usability research, A/B testing, and customer feedback analysis to optimize user experience. - Implement UX/UI best practices tailored for food delivery platforms, ensuring smooth navigation and interaction. - Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to implement UX/UI improvements effectively. - Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on food delivery industry trends to enhance our competitive edge. - Establish design guidelines, workflows, and quality assurance processes for the team. - Present product design strategies and insights to management for business growth. Qualification and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years in UX/UI design, mobile app development, or product management, with supervisory experience preferred. - Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.). - Knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines. - Strong leadership and team management capabilities. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and presentation skills
