Position Summary:We are looking for a driven and strategic Manager, Digital Product to lead the vision, direction, and growth of key product initiatives at PassApp. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, shaping product strategy, and driving execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, deep user empathy, and commercial awareness to build products that deliver meaningful value to customers and measurable impact to the business. The Product Manager will play a central role in aligning stakeholders, prioritizing what truly matters, and ensuring that every product iteration moves the company toward its long-term goals. ResponsibilitiesDefine product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with business goals.Identify new growth opportunities through market, competitors, and customer analysis.Translate the company strategy into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.Drive product decisions using data insights, research, and financial modeling.Define and monitor product KPIs to guide product iteration and improvements.Validate concepts through experiments, prototypes, and user testing before development.Lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and Data.Align stakeholders and manage trade-offs across teams to drive decisions forward.Work closely with Product Owners to turn strategy into actionable backlogs.Convert high-level strategy into feature scopes, success metrics, and rollout plans.Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.Ensure product launches meet timeline, quality, and business expectations.Conduct continuous user discovery through interviews, data analysis, and market studies.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose improvements.Communicate product strategy, priorities, and results to leadership and teams.Maintain strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment and execution.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Product Design, or equivalent experience.3–5+ years of experience in product management or related strategic roles in tech.Proven ability to define product vision, create roadmaps, and deliver business results.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.Experience with product discovery, user research, and experimentation.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to work closely with engineering.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes.Ability to challenge assumptions and push for clarity in decision-making.Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, or similar.
