Product Owner (Software Support)

Jr. Product Owner (Software Support) is responsible for studying customer business requirements and providing solutions in the system, coordinating software implementation with internal team and client, control timeline for implementation while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.Responsibilities*Strategic LeadershipOwn and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and development teams.Align product objectives with organizational goals and market opportunities.Serve as the primary decision-maker for product direction, ensuring business value delivery.*Backlog & PrioritizationDefine, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to reflect business priorities and user value.Translate business requirements into clear, actionable epics and user stories.Continuously refine backlog items through grooming sessions and stakeholder feedback.*Planning & DeliveryLead iteration, sprint, and release planning activities, setting clear objectives and acceptance criteria.Define and communicate release goals, ensuring the delivery of high-value features on time.Monitor progress and adapt priorities to respond to changing business needs or market conditions.*Execution & Value DeliveryActively manage and remove impediments that impact delivery timelines.Ensure product increments meet defined acceptance criteria and deliver measurable value.Balance scope, time, and quality to optimize outcomes for stakeholders and end-users.*Market & User InsightConduct ongoing research and analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings.Gather, validate, and prioritize requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.Ensure the product meets user needs through usability feedback and continuous improvement.*Agile Best PracticesChampion Agile/Scrum practices within the team and across the organization.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving Agile methodologies.Promote iterative delivery and continuous learning in product development.*Team Leadership & CollaborationBuild and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams with diverse skillsets.Provide clarity, motivation, and support to team members, fostering accountability and ownership.Facilitate effective collaboration between developers, designers, testers, and business stakeholders.*Stakeholder EngagementServe as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.Foster transparent, proactive communication with executives, clients, and partners.Manage expectations by providing progress updates, release notes, and clear reporting.*Continuous ImprovementConduct retrospectives, project reviews, and performance assessments to identify improvement areas.Implement lessons learned into future product planning and delivery cycles.Promote innovation and a culture of continuous optimization within the team.  QualificationsPrevious working experience as a Product Owner for 1 or 2 yearsBA in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related fieldAbility to see the big picture and define a clear vision for the product.Analyze market trends, user data, and competitor products to inform product decisions.Communicate effectively with both technical and clients Prioritize features and user stories based on business value and impact.Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure everyone is aligned on product goals.Understanding of Agile methodologies Basic understanding of software development principles is beneficial.Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills
