Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and technically competent PLM Application Engineer who is sales‑oriented, client‑facing, and has a strong background in PLM/PDM solution delivery. In this role, you will lead technical pre‑sales, support project execution, and strengthen our customer relationships in key industry verticals.Key Responsibilities:Initiate and manage PLM technical pre‑sales activities for our target sectors: Manufacturing, Automotive, Electronics, Oil & Gas.Support the sales team by generating leads, delivering PLM solution presentations, conducting demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts.Upon project award, drive successful implementation, ensuring client requirements are met and solutions are delivered effectively.Identify and engage new potential clients, assess engineering/business solution needs and convert opportunities into new projects.Provide ongoing technical support and foster strong, long‑term relationships with existing key accounts to ensure continued services and contract renewals.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.Hands‑on experience with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, NX).Proven experience with PDM/PLM and ERP systems.Knowledge of Java, C/C#, Python, SQL Server, and CSS is a plus.Familiarity with APIs, HTML, Agile methodology and cloud solutions is advantageous.Experience with AR/VR tools is an additional plus.Strong domain knowledge in at least one of the following sectors: Automotive, Manufacturing, Electronics, Aerospace, Marine/Offshore/Shipbuilding, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical/Chemical, Food Processing, HVAC/Fire Safety/Ventilation.Excellent command of English and Thai, including strong communication and presentation skills.Sales‑oriented, technically strong, self‑motivated and with excellent interpersonal skills.
