Our Completions Team partners with on-site operators and customers on well operations to ensure clients receive optimal capacity and value.Partner with the bestThe Product Line Scheduling & Competency Leader manages the service delivery Personnel for an assigned area / country and their competencies. Ensures Execute the HSE 5 fundamentals every day, during every job, and every task. Enable flawless execution by assuring competent field personnel resource availability to meet activity forecast and demand (short, mid and long term). Balance resource demand across their area. Monitor and optimize personnel utilization whilst minimizing overtime. Enable cross training and multiskilling across the segment field population.As the Product Line Scheduling & Competency Leader will be responsible to:Preparing detailed personnel resource plan, forecast, and assignments.Analyzing continuously of activity and competence demands of personnel - short, mid, and long term.Monitoring and optimizing utilization and effective deployment of field personnelAssigning crew and coordinate mobilization in coordination with the Service Delivery Coordinator and service delivery technical teamCommunicating and coordinating with Service Delivery Coordinators and Personnel Logistics teams to ensure competent personnel to the customer worksite.Monitoring competence, development, progression, and training compliance of all field personnel.Coordinating training and competence assessment for field personnelFacilitating x-PL / x-Segment personnel training, utilization and optimization.Identifying opportunities and collaborating with other area’s coordinators for efficient field personnel utilization.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeHave a minimum of 7 years’ experience in oil and gas industryHave a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Service Delivery & Field role in well constructionsBe able to focus on assessing, developing and managing talent within segment (Drilling Services, Drill Bits & Drilling Fluids)Have strong communications and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various stakeholdersWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
