DescriptionWe are searching for a dedicated Customer Experience Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction. The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for interacting positively with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they have a welcome and seamless shopping experience. You will act as a bridge between our customers and the store, helping to resolve queries and creating loyal customers.ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in a friendly and efficient manner.Handle inquiries and resolve complaints, providing effective solutions.Maintain knowledge of products and services to address customer questions.Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.Capture and post behind-the-scenes or finished-item content on Instagram and TikTok for the assigned branch.Ensure a clean and organised store environment.Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.Manage multiple vendors and increase sales or tenant in the grab2go outlet.Participate in training and development programs to enhance personal skills.RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality work.Proficient with point of sale systems and basic computer skills.Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
