About The JobTo accurately identify and meet policyholders’ needs by providing appropriate solutions and excellent customer service, while contributing to the achievement of operational targets.Address queries related to policy servicing, claims, benefits, and other insurance matters with professionalism and empathyProcess requests for changes such as address updates, payment modes, beneficiary details and other policy modifications in a timely and compliant manner.Assist policyholders in submission and tracking of claims, surrenders, maturities and survival benefits, ensuring a smooth and transparent processing experience.Update and verify customer information across systems to ensure accurate data for seamless service deliveryEducate customers on policy features, premium payments, coverage options, and other relevant details to support informed decision-makingAdhere to internal guidelines and regulatory standards while executing service tasks and handling sensitive customer data.Work closely with underwriting, claims and operations departments to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.Deliver high-quality service that aligns with operational goals, customer satisfaction metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.Provide relief for colleagues during their absence to maintain uninterrupted service and operational efficiency.Execute advocacy-related initiatives and projects as assigned by the Operations Head, contributing to organizational visibility and strategic goals.Possess at least an A -Level or higher educational qualificationStrong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindsetStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent time management and organizational skillsPrior experience in insurance or Customer Service is a plusHow You Succeed Champion and embody our Core Values in everyday tasks and interactions.
