Product Management Executive

Role Description:Manage and be responsible for product data (product images, product descriptions, product pricing, etc.).Set up products and upload product information to the company website according to available standards (training will be provided upon onboarding).Check and review errors during and after the product setup process.Optimize product URLs.Research, develop, and propose ways to improve product information together with the Team Leader and related departments to ensure the product content is as customer-friendly as possible.Perform basic editing using Photoshop from available files (training will be provided during work).Support other tasks when required.2. Job Requirements:Mandatory Requirements:College/University degree (preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or related fields).Proficient in Word, Excel, and Google Drive; capable of working with data.Careful, detail-oriented, and able to manage work effectively.Logical thinking and the ability to work following processes (SOPs, checklists).Basic English reading comprehension (for reading documents and handling product content).Skills/Experience as Advantages:Experience working with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.Experience in data entry, product data management, or website operations.Basic Photoshop skills.Process optimization mindset or ability to propose work improvements.Personal Qualities:Honest and highly responsible.Proactive in learning and adaptable to change.Ability to work under deadline pressure.Suitable for detailed operational work requiring high accuracy.3.
