Our warehouse spreads our products to Europe and the Middle East.We are currently looking for a:Product Manager Direct RestorativesPurpose of the job:As a Product Manager Direct Restoratives you lead the development and management of part of our direct restoratives product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, dental materials, and a passion for driving product success in the dental industry.Main Responsibilities:You work with the global team towards the launch of innovative =restorative materials in the EMEA marketYou guide existing products through their life cyclesYour ability to analyse the market and the competition, combined with your professional experience, enables you to steer the product portfolio in new directions and position products where they attract the right target groupsAssist in developing sales tools (brochures, guidelines, website and all media), training materials, and field sales and customer communications to support sales and the customer and address any product line issuesIn your interface functions you maintain a constant exchange of information with all departments relevant to the company, in particular Sales, Marketing, Training & Education and R&DYou work with opinion leaders and influential end-users for product testing, trainings to sales teams and for clinical casesYou create and maintain product documentation, train and support the sales organization, develop marketing campaigns with cross functional teamsYou monitor the sales of your product range and analyse the effect of marketing activities on regional salesAssist in the development of marketing strategies and tactics to drive demand for GC productsSupport the organization, development and facilitation of meetings with opinion leaders or sales teamsYou contribute to new product creation by collecting Voice of Customers and gathering product ideasRequirements:You have a degree in dentistry or a Master’s degree in a related field.professional experience in the dental industry is preferredAbility to work in a structured but fast manner with great personal initiativeFluency in both written and oral EnglishKnowledge of German/French is a plus (spoken)Project Management skills, able to steer a project teamAbility to meet deadlines and set correct prioritiesCritical thinking and analysis of market conditions and opportunitiesStrong communication skills at any levelMinimum 5 years’ experience is a plusAbility to travel up to 20% of the timeWe offer you:An opportunity to contribute to a better, healthier world in collaboration with colleagues who are passionate about what they doGreat company culture, based on respect and comradeshipContract for an indefinite period with a competitive salary package including a company car, meal vouchers, hospitalization and group insuranceFlexible working hours & possibility to work from homeGenerous holiday entitlementInterested?Don’t hesitate to send your CV and motivational letter to hr.gce@gc.dentalIn case of questions, please contact our HR department through +32 16 74 13 18 GC is an equal opportunity employer that evaluates applicants regardless of their race, nationality, gender, age or disability.
