With an already impressive product catalogue and ongoing investment in NPD, our client is seeking an equally energetic and tech focused Product Manager for their acclaimed Mobile Power Solutions division.What is involved?Effective relationship management with internal and external stakeholders combined with analytical expertise to identify market trends and new product opportunitiesAdvocating for product development & strategic acquisition, making solid use of global resources and cross market flexibilityPlanning for product obsolescence including developing creative marketing campaigns for the timely and cost effective reduction of superseded inventoryEstablish and maintain pricing structures that reflect the value, competitive positioning and revenue targets for the categoryCollaborate with regulatory agencies and internal quality stakeholders to ensure manuals, packaging and product literature remains compliant for each country in the APAC regionAssist with field trials for products under development and pre-release market validation. Participating in collaborative ventures and support of colleagues across all company vertical markets. We are looking for a Product Manager guru who:Has strong technical / mechanical aptitude ideally backed by formal qualifications in an engineering, electronics or marketing disciplineDemonstrates sound commercial acumen with a proven understanding of technological product management in a diverse regional marketCan communicate effectively with all stakeholders in a collaborative and shared success environmentHas the ability to develop creative initiatives that maximise product range profiles in a complex and dynamic sectorPossesses exceptional analytical skills and can clearly articulate trends and opportunities to a global teamIs curious by nature and driven to deliver results consistently exceeding expectations.
