Kredit Pintar: A leading Indonesia digital lending apps, regulated and supervised by Indonesia's Financial Services Authority (OJK).Our culture is built on values that are core to who we are and what we stand for: We foster an INNOVATION mindset We achieve results with EFFICIENCY and excellence We take pride in the QUALITY of our work We uphold INTEGRITY in all we do We embrace COLLABORATION to work across business lines and bordersKey ResponsibilitiesLead the solution design and development of reconciliation systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our fast-paced fintech environment.Continuously analyze and improve our payment reconciliation process, implementing best practices for financial accuracy and compliance.Collaborate with technology and financial teams to design and implement new features and enhancements in the reconciliation systems.Utilize strong linguistic skills in English and Mandarin to manage communication and documentation for diverse teams and stakeholders.Serve as the primary point of contact between external partners and internal teams for system integration and troubleshooting.Train and support users on new system features and functionality.QualificationsA bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Proven experience in product management, specifically with payment reconciliation systems in the Fintech/BNPL industry.Strong command of both English and Mandarin, with good communication and writing skills in both languages.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
