Job SummaryThis role is responsible for setting and driving the product vision. This role requires a blend of product management, analytical experience, business acumen and interpersonal skills. As part of Group Digital Product, the candidate is responsible for championing the product vision and drive business results.General ResponsibilitiesLead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for patient solutions program, a suite of products that enable patients to access, manage, and share their health data and care plans.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business users and markets to understand their pain points, needs, and goals.Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to validate product opportunities and inform product decisions.Define and communicate clear and measurable product objectives, key results, and success criteria.Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications that align with the product vision and user needs.Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user expectations and technical standards.Prioritize and manage the product backlog and roadmap, balancing user value, business impact, and technical feasibility.Coordinate and execute product launches, including go-to-market planning, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer feedback.Analyze and report on product performance, user behavior, and customer feedback, using data and insights to inform product iterations and enhancements.Act as the product evangelist and advocate, both internally and externally, to build awareness and adoption of patient solutions.Leadership ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional teams in process analysis and redesign initiatives.Able to influence opinions and decisions when working closely with internal and external stakeholders.Able to lead, influence, and motivate to operate as a high-performing teamChampion the importance and benefits of digital transformation to stakeholders at all levels.Foster a culture that embraces digital innovation and changeStrong product development, delivery and product management skillsStrong product strategic-thinking skillsIn-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principlesAnalytical and problem-solving skillsSoft SkillsCommunicates well, able to influence laterally and horizontallyGood time management and multi-tasking skillsWorks well in a collaborative environmentGood balance of strategic and technical capabilitiesHigh customer service mindset and orientationPays high attention to detail, able to analyze and conceptualize requirements and processesAbility to work well in a fast-moving environmentWorks well with high volume of work, and with projects driven heavily by deadlinesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or Computer ScienceMinimum of 5 years’ relevant experience as a process improvement manager or digital transformation specialistProven portfolio of completed projects
