Product Manager

With a collective strength of 6 brands, we have more than 123 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing product experience for dubizzle Egypt (2 countries: Egypt & Lebanon) and helping businesses win these markets. You will be responsible for implementing the full product development cycle including strategy, roadmap, specification, design, execution and analysis.In this role, you will: Design new digital and offline experiences for users on the app as well as web platforms to address their needs while driving impact on the businessDevelop and execute A/B Tests to further accelerate the growth of buyers & sellersUse data to make informed decisions around user growth and monetizationDrive innovation, roadmap and design of entirely new experiences and features to deliver against team and company goalsChallenge all members of a cross-functional team (engineering, marketing, etc.) to think boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plansDrive cross-functional teams to flawless and timely executionsMonitor and measure launch features and feed insights back into the product development processRequirementsBachelor's Degree in computer science or computer engineering Minimum 5 years of solid product management experience, preferably mobile focusedDemonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategyStrong Knowledge in project management Strong knowledge in the different platforms technics Proven analytical skills and metrics driven decision makingOutstanding written and oral communication skillsStrong project management and analysis skills Ability to explain business and technical requirements to all members of a teamUser centric approach with passion for creating fun and compelling user experiencesEnthusiastic, performance-driven, self-starter and team playerBenefitsSocial, Medical & Life InsuranceA fast paced, high performing teamRewards & RecognitionsLearning & Development opportunities#Egyptdubizzle
