Jaymart Mobiles CompanyPosition : Product Manager – Smartphone & Gadget Salary   : 50,000 – 100,000 THB. (Base on Experience)Job PurposeResponsible for developing and managing product strategy, sales & marketing plans, inventory, and supplier partnerships for smartphone and gadget categories to achieve company sales and profit targets.Key Responsibilities1. Product & Sales ManagementManage product assortment, pricing strategy, and product lifecycle to ensure competitiveness in the market.Drive sales performance to meet the company’s sales and margin targets.Conduct P&L analysis for assigned categories and propose improvement actions.Monitor market trends, competitor movement, and customer insights to define product strategy.2. Sales & Marketing PlanningDevelop sales and marketing plans to support category growth and alignment with brand directions.Initiate and manage marketing campaigns (online/offline) with Marketing, Retail, and Store Operations teams.Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and in-store activity to maximize sell-out.3. Inventory & Order PlanningPlan purchasing, forecast demand, and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.Coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to manage stock movement and aged inventory.Monitor sell-through rates and adjust order planning to reduce overstock/stock-out risk.4. Supplier & Partnership ManagementBuild strong partnerships with suppliers/brands to secure competitive deals, marketing support, and exclusive products.Negotiate trading terms, marketing funds, product pricing, and business contracts.Conduct regular business reviews with suppliers (QBR/MBR) to evaluate performance and future planning.5. Business Analysis & ImprovementAnalyze sales performance, product productivity, promotion ROI, and customer purchase behavior.Prepare weekly/monthly business reports and propose action plans to management.Continuously improve category strategy to achieve sales and profitability KPIs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 3 –5 years’ experience in Product Management, Trade Marketing, in smartphone, gadget, or consumer electronics industry.Strong analytical skills in sales, pricing, and P&L management.Experience working with suppliers/brands and negotiating business terms.Good command of both spoken and written English.Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools is a plus.Strong communication, and project management skills.Creative, open-minded work culture under JMART GroupPlease send your resume and portfolio along with your application to Rattana@jaymart.co.th
