Role OverviewThe Product Manager is responsible for owning the product lifecycle from concept to delivery across OakTech's technology platforms (e.g., DDCopilot, Fundraising Automation). This role bridges client needs, business strategy, and technical execution to deliver innovative, scalable SaaS products. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong executional discipline and experience managing AI-driven or workflow automation products.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership: Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with business goals.Requirements Gathering: Translate client and market needs into clear product requirements.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, and design teams to deliver high-quality releases.Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, gather feedback, and drive data-driven enhancements.Documentation: Develop and maintain product specs, user stories, and workflows.Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on fintech, AI, and automation trends that influence OakTech's product vision.Collaboration and StrategyPartner with executives to align product vision with company growth initiatives.Work closely with the marketing team to position and promote product capabilities.Coordinate with client delivery teams to ensure seamless feature rollout and adoption.Participate in sprint reviews and roadmap planning with distributed engineering teams.What We're Looking ForExperience And Knowledge5+ years of experience in SaaS, fintech, or B2B product management.Strong understanding of agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning.Familiarity with AI-driven tools, automation products, or data-centric UX.Experience working with distributed or offshore engineering teams.Excellent English communication skills -- written and verbal.Proficiency in tools like Asana, Figma, Notion, and Microsoft Office Suite.Skills And AttributesStrategic mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery.Analytical and data-informed decision-maker.Strong leadership and collaboration skills.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast product cycles.What We OfferRemote-first environment with high autonomy.Direct exposure to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.Competitive performance-based incentives.Opportunities to shape the future of fintech automation at OakTech.
