We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead to help us craft a story behind the product and translate this as a clear messaging to our audience. You need to be a deep thinker and empathetic to connect with the different segments of our users and create stories that will resonate with them.For this role, you need to be a strong project manager to be able to translate data and insights into interesting creative marketing strategies and messages that can attract attention. This needs strong collaboration across multiple teams in order to be executed well.You will be the focal point that pulls all the strings to make it happen.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the company productsUnderstand. Connect. Resonate with the usersLead the marketing team to generate strong momentum ahead of new product launchesTranslate benefits of the users into stories and use casesBuild on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling pointCraft compelling stories and messages around the benefits of the users for the different target audienceUnderstand how to connect and attract users across the different funnelFollow and analyze market trends to position products* Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)Project management across various teams (investment research, creative, content, digital ads, product) to execute strategiesTest marketing product features, releases, and ad copyTrack and evaluate performance using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customerCommunicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling processPlan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departmentsCollaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personasFocus on implementing program that consistently generate new, high quality leads for our company.RequirementsProven Project Management & Prioritization skillsProven track record in managing product and or customer lifecycle marketing.Proven ability to turn data and insights into marketing strategies and messagesMulti-tasking, self-drive, and strong entrepreneurial skills in maneuvering a data-driven decision within ambiguity.Budget management skills with ruthless prioritization to optimize measurement of return on investmentAbility to write compelling stories and ad copyStrong empathy and understanding of how customers will react to stimuliCustomer obsessedAbility to thrive in ambiguityHaving strategic thinking skills, analytical mind, creativity, and strong quantitative skillsHigh cognitive aptitude and critical thinkerInterest in stock investingFamiliarity with online marketing metrics and key performance metricsDeep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and marketing programs at scale.
