What You'll Do (Responsibilities)Develop, plan, and execute dynamic social media strategies across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube) to boost brand awareness and engagement.Craft and manage all published content, including visuals, video, and written copy, to captivate target audiences.Plan and oversee social media campaigns, including paid advertising and partnerships, to meet and exceed client objectives.Actively monitor social channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely, brand-aligned manner.Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest social media best practices, trends, and emerging platforms.Work closely with the creative team, account managers, and clients to ensure all social media efforts are consistent and aligned with overall business goals.What We're Looking For (Qualifications)A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in a digital agency setting.Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective advertising tools.A knack for creating compelling content combined with the analytical skills to measure its success.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.The ability to work on multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.The ability to work independently and as part of a team
