Learn more at experianplc.com.Job DescriptionThe FSD Product Operations Specialist plays a critical role in managing the lifecycle of the FSD Product Risk Management program allowing efficient processes. You will support strategic programs, training, reporting, and tool development to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of the program. You will support the FSD Data Privacy Champion, ensuring business practices and products comply with evolving US state regulations. The specialist will work with legal and compliance teams to address privacy concerns and safeguard customer data.ResponsibilitiesSupport management of the full lifecycle of the FSD Product Governance program including facilitation, training, reporting, tool management and partner engagementMaintain Program resources, training materials, and reporting dashboardsLead the intake and review process for proposals, ensuring Service level agreement adherence.Lead collaboration across Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance and other team membersSupport the FSD Data Privacy Champion, partnering with Legal and Compliance teams and support annual renewals and assessments for compliance with state privacy lawsHelp develop and implement Gen AI tools to make program and processes more efficientQualifications Bachelor's degree 5+ years of applicable Operations/Governance-focused program management/product operations experience in Financial Services/Consumer credit industry Working knowledge of Credit regulations/US State privacy laws and their applicability to consumer data Experience setting up new and data privacy related processesAdditional InformationOur benefits include: Medical, life and dental insurance, Asociacion Solidarista, International Share Save Plan, Flex Work/Work from home, Paid time off, Annual Performance Bonus, Education Reimbursement, Family Bonding, Bereavement Leave, Referral Program, and more.Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
