You’ll coordinate between sourcing, R&D, packaging, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth and timely product launches.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with R&D, sourcing, and design teams for new product development (NPD).Track project timelines, approvals, and material readiness.Liaise with vendors and third-party manufacturers for production execution.Maintain product data sheets, BOMs, SKUs, and cost sheets.Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory documentation (PIFs, COAs, MSDS). Support product launch readiness with cross-functional alignment.Optimize processes for faster turnaround and reduced delays.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Cosmetic Science, or related field.1–3 years of experience in product operations or NPD within personal care / cosmetics / FMCG.Strong coordination and communication skills.Working knowledge of raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing processes.Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / ERP systems.Detail-oriented and organized with a problem-solving mindset.Work Location: Sector 18, GurgaonWebsite: www.nathabit.inInstagram: www.instagram.com/nathabit.in
