The division encompasses various corporate functions, including finance, legal, human resources, technology, and more, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment throughout the companyRole OverviewWe are looking for an exceptional Product Owner to deliver impactful improvements in our Platform Delivery Team. Your role consists of being the main interaction point between Product and Technology. Using lean and agile techniques, you will be responsible for delivering business value, fast.Reporting to the Product Owner Manager, you will bridge technical and business worlds as you continually deliver improvements and innovative features across the full range of the products. You will have a bias for action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive the product experience.Your exceptional communication skills will be key, adapting to a high paced environment and constant interactions with a diverse group of stakeholders.Working across two squads in our central Flutter Functions Platforms team, you will work with our engineering teams, to deliver stable and secure changes to our platform environments.Key Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesManage intake, prioritisation and Roadmap development.Manage the delivery of product feature & security changes through our Product Delivery Lifecycle.Understand product/commercial needs and how these are translated into functional and technical requirements.Lead Product Discovery and elicitation of product requirements. Be accountable for the timely availability and accuracy of requirements, ensuring the engineering teams can develop software as efficiently as possible.Write user stories with acceptance criteria, groom and prioritise backlogs, produce release plans and communications, run show and tells, and validate/monitor benefits realisation.Attend & lead agile ceremonies with the Engineering ManagerConsistently communicate with stakeholders, keeping them informed of the status of requirements development.Lead cross-team product dependencies.Ensure we meet all security & safety needs.Be an active member in our Product Community of Practice.Skills, Capabilities & Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a similar role.Ideally, have experience with technical Product Delivery in the Platform engineering space or have a willingness to learn in this area.Experience in defining and documenting business requirements.Experience in influencing working practice change across analysis and development.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong Stakeholder Management skills.Ability to relate to both business, design, and technical specialists.Superb attention to detail.Experience in working across multiple Agile methodologies.Credible and efficient communication across a range of channels and audiences.Resilience and confidence under pressure, maintaining a positive approach despite adversity.Collaborate and partner with others across the function.BenefitsHybrid & remote working options€1,000 per year for self-developmentCompany share scheme25 days of annual leave per year20 days per year to work abroad5 personal days/yearFlexible benefits: travel, sports, hobbiesExtended health, dental and travel insurancesCustomized well-being programmesCareer growth sessionsThousands of online courses through UdemyA variety of engaging office eventsDisclaimerWe are an inclusive employer.
