The Senior Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, by collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales. Key responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, gathering and analyzing user requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring product-market fit. The role also involves performing competitor analysis, defining go-to-market strategies, and continuously improving products based on customer feedback and market trends.QualificationsStrong product management skills, including roadmap development, requirement gathering, and product lifecycle managementProficiency in market analysis, competitor research, and defining go-to-market strategiesExperience in leading cross-functional teams, project management, and effective collaborationExcellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsInsightful problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to ensure product successFamiliarity with energy management, smart home, or electronic control systems is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is advantageousProficiency in English is a MUST
