Technical Product Manager - Online Social Casino (Sweepstakes Products)

Job Overview:We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead and drive the development of one of our online social casino products. The ideal candidate has a strong background in online casino, betting, or sweepstakes and a proven track record of building and scaling digital gaming products. You will own the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that our app and website deliver an exceptional player experience while meeting business objectives.Employment basis: B2B Independent Contract, full-timeSalary Offered: $3.8K to $4K gross per monthKey Responsibilities:End-to-End Product Development: Oversee the entire lifecycle of the product, from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring a seamless user experience.Work deeply with engineers: Clarify edge cases, APIs, and architecture trade-offs; participate in design reviews; ensure secure-by-default decisions.Storytelling: Provide a defined stories/tasks to collaborators in R&D and Delivery.Stakeholder Management: Partner with marketing, operations, and compliance teams to align product development with business goals and regulatory requirements.Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise data analytics, user feedback, and market trends to optimise product features and drive user engagement.Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all product developments comply with relevant gaming laws and regulations for sweepstakes-based gaming.Project Planning: Define scope, objectives and timelines.Qualifications & Experience:3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in online casino, betting, gaming, or sweepstakes.Manage product backlogs and versions using SCRUM/Agile methodologies.Proven experience in building and launching apps/websites in the gaming or gambling industry.Proficient with Figma for flows/wireframes and Jira for delivery.Strong technical background and ability to collaborate effectively with developers, testers, and designers.Excellent written specs and storytelling; can turn ambiguity into clear, testable outcomes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in using data to drive decisions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice to Have:Experience with gamification mechanics, virtual currencies, and loyalty programs.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Opportunity to launch, lead and shape a social casino product.A dynamic and fast-paced work environment with a passionate team.Fully remote work.
