Product Owner (Bilingual: English & Portuguese)

Your RoleAs the Product Owner, you will lead the product development lifecycle for the mobile platform from feature definition to delivery. You will act as the bridge between the business goals, user needs, and the technical team, ensuring the mobile and backend systems evolve toward a seamless and impactful user experience.You will:Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in alignment with project objectives.Collaborate with frontend (Ionic/Angular) and backend (Node.js/Express) engineers to translate functional requirements into actionable development tasks.Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and timely delivery.Conduct user feedback sessions, validate prototypes, and refine features based on real-world usage and performance data.Ensure cross-team communication between developers, designers, and stakeholders across time zones.Monitor sprint progress, conduct reviews and retrospectives, and track KPIs related to usability and engagement.Support go-to-market planning and coordinate documentation for releases and updates.Serve as the voice of the user, balancing usability, scalability, and business impact.Skills RequiredProven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in agile software development.Strong understanding of mobile and web applications, particularly with Ionic/Angular frontends and Node.js/Express backends.Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.Familiarity with UI/UX principles, API documentation, and QA validation processes.Experience with agile tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.Fluent in English and Portuguese (both oral and written) mandatory for cross-team and user communication.A proactive, organized mindset with attention to detail and delivery timelines.
