Role Overview Join a product management team focused on Credit Card Originations, where you’ll help shape the digital backend experiences that deliver offers, capture applications, and power processing and decisioning. You’ll directly influence critical initiatives that drive growth and improve the customer journey.Key ResponsibilitiesLead discovery, design, and execution across credit card originations initiativesBreak down complex problems, define solution paths, and drive outcomesPartner closely with technology teams to design and implement scalable solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentumApply strong business acumen to connect customer needs, operational realities, and technical capabilitiesSupport production processes and ensure end-to-end system reliabilityTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of the product management lifecycle and scope of workExperience solutioning with engineering teamsWorking knowledge of Agile practices and ability to write clear, actionable user storiesStrong problem-framing skills with technical aptitudeExperience supporting production environments is a plusPreferred SkillsEngineering or software development background (preferred)Soft SkillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of a teamProficient with documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, PowerPoint)Highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced environmentsEducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (preferred)Why This Role Stands Out You’ll work in a fast-moving, high-impact area central to credit card growth efforts.
